Features:
1.Insulation cabinet: Sandwich structure, composed by foamed PU materials and coated by stainless steel 304 plates on both sides. The density is 42kg/m3. The cabinet door is equipped with electrical heating device (36V) which can prevent the door from freezing. The insulation cabinet contains a special repair door and there is a wide repair path inside the cabinet.
2. Aluminum evaporator: The shell is made of stainless steel. All the evaporators are designed by our engineers. The special different fins distances structure reduces the defrosting intervals, meanwhile, it also can prolong the continuous working time of equipments. Big fins and big upsiding down edges improve the efficiency of heating exchange and make the inner cleaning easy.
3. Special fans for low temperature: Equipped with axial fans whose air box is made of stainless steel and blades are made of aluminum. The shell of motor is hot dip galvanized. Totally enclosed low-temperature moisture-proofed and water-proofed motor (reach IP56) is efficient, energy-saving and reliable.
4. Longitudinal blowing, smooth circular wind channel which ensure foods to be frozen quickly and homogeneously.
5. Mesh belt: made of long-range elasticity stainless steel wares. The surface is flat and neat, and it is powerful enough in load bearing. The speed of mesh belt can be adjusted by converter steplessly.
6. Sensible drainage design: The water plate is located at the bottom of cabinet, whose features are welded completely, never penetrate and leak, smooth corner, no sanitation dead angle, slope to waterspout, easy to be cleaned.

8. Selection of materials: Both the inside and outside framework are made of stainless steel 304, and satisfied with HACCP standard. All components touching with mesh belt are made of UHMW-PE, which can prolong the lifetime of equipments and be in accordance with the standards of food sanitation posed by Europe Union.
9. Simple structure, reliable working, long lifetime. You can choose mesh belt or plate belt as conveyors.
