Application:

The food processing factories which need frozen food as raw materials, and the companies which need the safe and sanitary unfrozen food with a lower weight-loss rate.

Features:

1.It can make the lost juice be absorbed completely by cells and meat of food during unfreezing process, which can retain the natural color and taste and reduce the loss of nutrition after unfreezing. It also can reduce the weight-loss rate (within 1%), which can help the food processing factories decrease the loss.

2.Sensible fans location and blowing style ensure the air homogeneous in the area of unfreezing and make the foods unfrozen evenly.

3.Improve the sanitary condition of unfreezing environment and prevent the foods from being contaminated again after unfreezing.

4.It can convert to fresh-preserve state automatically after unfreezing, and you can get out fresh food anytime.

5.Low-temperature humidifying device solves the problem that it is difficult to humidify in a lower temperature. When the temperature of unfreezing environment is 25, the humidity can reach 90%.

6.The disinfector(optional) provides some ozone into unfreezing machine before food inlet and after food outlet, which can kill the bacteria inside unfreezing machine and ensure the sanitation in unfreezing area.

7.We adopt the touching screen and PLC to control the electric components. We can input different unfreezing program according to different foods, and the only thing which users need to do is start this progarm.
